2学期制、8ヶ月のプログラム。1学期は提携ESLで開講される。BCITのバーナビ−キャンパスで第2学期を学習できる。2学期はＢＭＳの1学期と同じ内容。クレジット制なので、本科に単位をトランスファーできる。ＴＯＥＦＬ450点以上の英語力と高校卒業要。ＴＯＥＦＬ480以上を持つ人には少し短いコースあり。詳しくはお問い合わせを。

上記以外のローカル向けプログラムへの申し込みに関しては、各プログラムに要求される英語力と専門知識が設定されているので、その基準を上回っていることが入学条件の一つとなる。願書を提出してからBCITレベル判定テストを受ける、またはBCIT留学生向け準備コースを基準を満たす成績で終える、ＴＯＥＦＬ、大学・カレッジ準備クラスを卒業するなど、英語力を証明できるものが必要になる。
