JPCanada.com, Job Recruitment Terms of Use

1. Users must pay a fee to post in the job recruitment section. One posting = $35 CAD (+5% GST) .
2. The post is not able to edit but using the reply section to inform the revised sentences.
3. Without warning to the user, we may limit or terminate our services for users who post prohibited job postings. We may delete or alter all postings belonging to a user who posts prohibited postings, and may restrict their ability to create new postings. We will not refund the posting fee when a prohibited posting is removed.

Listed below are descriptions of postings that are prohibited from being advertised on this website.

A) Posts that do not clearly state the employer, company name, or job description.
B) Jobs that involve sexual activities. (Postings related to prostitution, personal massage postings etc.)
C) Posts that solicit or promote illegal activities according to Canadian and Japanese laws. This includes employment discrimination, such as discriminating against race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, family status, pregnancy, disability and conviction for an offence for which a pardon has been granted or in respect of which a record suspension has been ordered. This also includes postings that break labour laws.
D) Postings unrelated to job recruitment. (Advertisements intended to attract customers or students.)
E) Posting that has outstanding balance.
F) Other postings deemed inappropriate by JPCanada.
